Background:
The design is to depict a winter scene at dusk.
This is a unique building with a triangular-tall ceiling entrance.
The building is designed and rendered as a concept building that started with a hand-drawing in a sketch-book. The result was as you see here, a large towering building overlooking a pavilion and community area.
Features:
- 25 stories tall building, with each floor at 6.8 m height.
- 179 m height, from ground to top of the building mast.
- 5,625 square meters of ground
- 8,000 square meter large tiled pavilion and community space.
