B:Hive is a new co-working hub at the Smales Farm precinct. We were engaged by precinct owner, Smales and architects, Jasmax to create this 3D animation showcasing the new fitout for the AIA building. With AIA taking a smaller lease within the building, the lower levels are being transformed into a shared space under the BHIVE brand. The new cafe out the front is a concept by Izzard.
