Nice mood overall. I agree with Nigel what he said. Plus the reflection of the car in the foreground could be a bit stronger or the reflection of the people have to be lower down.

Very nice I like the light reflections but would say only thing that jars is that the cars are frozen and the people are blurred which looks a bit strange considering the cars would be traveling faster than the people.
