It seemed that the picture is noisy (for a high quality render)... maybe it's because of the resolution... 0.007 is very good.

1. try to find new material for the glass from the windows
try http://www.vray-materials.de/
2. use vray lights to project some natural light from the outside.
Even better - use HDRI
3. there's not much reflectivity in your materials, they seem too "paperish". http://www.vray-materials.de/
4. use bumm mapping. Especially on the carpet material.
5. change noise threshold to 0.02 (for the latest Vray) or 0.01 for older versions.
