Well, the client is king.
but the top of the roof could have a little line of shadow. Or matbe give the slates more bump.

Its interesting on the roof we modelled to start with, but then the client insisted these are slates and have no step between them, so mapped them..

Dan is true about the water. It looks like a big Tsunami is coming from the North Sea.
The rooftiles could be better. Maybe use 3d ones.

I like it! The colour palette is slightly bland I think, but when you're working with a white walled building with gray flooring and gray tiles on the roof, you're a bit out of the luck in that respect!! I'm loving the car number plate, though!
The only other thing is that the horizon looked a bit wrong. I just threw it into PS to draw some perspective lines to make sure my eyes weren't deceiving me, but I believe the water at the horizon should be somewhat more even with the middle of the lower set of windows - but this sounds like a classic request of the client (to be able to see the water) so I understand why that's probably the case!
