Sofa is a bit unrealistic and the table is totally black. Besides these comments the render is good.

I would turn down the DOF. The room is too small for that much unsharpness, at least with the sofa being the cam focus. Also I think the sofa looks a bit too flat... like made of plastic. I'd make the fabric stand more out.

Very nice color harmony! Right side is somewhat distracting, maybe a little crop will do... Good overall impression though.

Looks good! Very nice flooring material and couch fabric. You could raise the camera's target a bit just to get a glimpse of the ceiling and close up the view on the top...also, I would puff up those cushions a bit, they seem a little too flat and stiff. Last, shouldn't the 2 portraits on the side table be in light?...you have a light source right on top of those...but that maybe just the perspective that is playing tricks on me! :)
