I would remove the noisy material from the front to take it to the next level. :)

Thanks Soumya for viewing. I used only 3dsmax and Vray nothing else special a lot of ies lights at all cans and fixtures. I did render it out at 3000 pixels makes for a very sharp render.

Also I used the Vray antiailising filter Mitchell Netravli blur set to .3
