Yes multiscatter is available for 2014. Forest Pack as well but I'm not sure if they're both compatible with vray 3.

Nice work. The only cc I can give is that the vegetation (grass) is a little odd. You can edit distribution for slopes in FP and I'm guessing multi-scatter as well for a more even distribution. Also, it'd be nice to see inside the building as well.
