hi! i´m also starting in Max&Vray. It looks really good for a first render. The trees look awesome and i like the contrast between the blown-out white and the blue sky. I would say that the things to improve are the modeling, because everything look too rigid, and the materials. Try using some textures in the bump slot and the reflections. cheers!
