We are looking for a Realtime Artist/Developer to join our immersive team and help produce world-class interactive experiences for the property sector.

You will work across the full development lifecycle of both short and long-term projects. You'll possess both artistic and technical ability to fulfil a broad range of disciplines across the production pipeline such as:

Creation and optimisation of realtime 3d assets
PBR material creation + shader setup
Environment/lighting setup
Optimisation and troubleshooting
Blueprints / C++
Build for desktop, VR, AR, Mobile

As a business, we are constantly innovating, so you'll have the freedom to experiment and inject new ideas as well as staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and trends.

You'll demonstrate the following skills and experience:

Self-driven, autonomous and confident
Highly motivated
Good written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised and can work independently and collaboratively
Unreal / Unity game engine development experience
AR / VR / Mobile development experience
3ds Max / Substance Suite / Photoshop
3D modelling / texturing / shading
Knowledge of Perforce / Github
Scripting skills (eg. NodeJS / Python / C# )
WebGL (Three js / BabylonJS)
