Located in Balahovit village, Kotayk province, Armenia, this 1,128-square-meter residence is designed for a family of five. The home features living spaces organized around a central core, which includes the main entrance and hall, providing direct access to the backyard. The façade is clad in tuff stone, chosen for its natural beauty and to harmonize the building with its environment. This project demonstrates how thoughtful design can create a harmonious living environment that meets the needs of a modern family within a limited budget.
