Done in 3Dsmax and rendered in ŷAV.
Tried the Vray reflection caustics in this scene.
I approached the artistic effect for this, a different approach from the usual photo-realistic renders.
Worked a little more on postwork here!
Most of my working time I spent on this is for the water and glass materials.
