The house features a simple rectangular form with a facade crafted from natural wooden planks, emphasizing warmth and timeless elegance. Half of the facade is glazed, offering panoramic views of the water, and the glazed section faces the lake directly, allowing for an intimate connection with the surrounding landscape.

Elevated slightly above the terrain on a steel structure with exposed steel columns, the design minimizes its impact on the natural ground and gives the building a sense of lightness. The green roof, which seamlessly blends with the natural environment, incorporates striking architectural features such as a steel skylight, ventilation blocks, and a chimney for the outdoor fireplace—functional elements that double as sculptural details.

The first-floor terrace is a key aspect of the concept, with its flowing curved form adapting organically to the natural contours of the terrain. In contrast, the linear roofline emphasizes the purity of the building's overall geometry. Together, these forms create a dialogue between the building and its environment, celebrating both structure and nature.

This project is a modern sanctuary designed to inspire peace, balance, and an appreciation for the natural world.
